people who own dogs and have them as outside pets?
I know there are lots of dog owners that have their dogs always inside their home. but- want to know if there are any dog owners that do not like their dogs inside while they eat dinner, watching tv or just relaxing for the night?? do not respond if you have your pet dog inside with you, looking for ones that do not do this. thanks.
I have 3 neighbors they leave their dogs outside all day and they bark and wine all day and all night. so to the people that don’t own dogs or don’t have THEIR dogs outside : DO NOT COMMENT PLEASE. I give my dog fresh air outside on a runner(runs the yard) has plenty of food, water and shelter. and bring in at night so not to tear things in house while family sleeps. was looking for other dog owners. dogs will dig UNDER a fence also. to the one that the dog JUMPS OVER the fence.

There is no reason to have a dog if you aren’t going to have him in the house w/ you, part of the family.. Included in your activities.. Dogs that live outside waste away, horrible life for a dog.
My boss (who I got my dog from always kept her outside. She lived in a screened in porch with a doggie door so she could go in and out as she pleased but was never allowed inside the house. I personally find this cruel as the heat and humidity here get dangerously high. Now that I have her she spends about half of the day inside and half outside (weather permitting), she seems pleased with this arrangement (I let her out when she sits by the back door, let her in when she does the same outside). I do not place her out necessarily when we eat as she has never begged and doesn’t bother anyone when we eat. She is inside when we watch TV and often lays with one of the kids on a beanbag chair. Growing up we had dogs that would beg and whine under the table while we ate (even if they had their own food down when we were eating), my parents always insisted the dogs go outside when we ate for this reason.
well we used to let Boots (our 1 yr ancient rhodesion ridgeback) outside during the day…until she jumped the fence we have around our yard, so now she stays in until the new fence is built ( it will be much higher so she cant jump it again!) but when the fence is finished she will stay outside during most of the day until around 6 or 7 then we bring her in. And i dont reckon its dreadful to leave your pets outside (unless its like a rabbit or sumtin)as long as they have fresh water and food they should be alright…..and as long as its not like, 120 degrees fehrenheit or -30 degrees outside they should be fine!
Anyone who keeps dog outdoors 24/7 should be euthanised.
