  1. Thank you very much for the brilliant video. I sought a lot, buying several books, accompanying Cesar Millan, enrolling in Eric Letendre’s group and others, but your explanations are the simplest and convincing. To learn your site was a pleasure and to know that you are beginning a systematic course is happiness. My sincere congratulations for the brilliant work!

  2. Truly impressed with your skill and sensitivity. I heard someone talking about compulsive training techniques involving loud noises and rolled newspapers recently. I sent them links to your videos instantly. Thanks for giving us these tools.

  3. spooky is a darling!!!

Brilliant training video! I’m sending your link to a friend with a new puppy. I’m hoping she enjoys clicker training as much as I do.

    This is very helpful

  6. I just stumbled across your videos and they’re fantastic. I have a 1.5 year ancient mini schnauzer and she’s just started barking at ‘nothing’. She can be laying quietly and for no reason obvious to me, she just starts barking and will run from room to room barking. When I try to catch up to her to distrack her, she thinks I’m playing a game and continues to run around and bark.. what can I do to stop this?

  7. Would a 2 quick claps be okay for a noise or would that be terrible?(btw im just researching for my upcoming malamute puppy) thanks for your time

  8. Fantastic show!

how fantastic. I have just bought a shih tzu and today I will be getting my clicker! I will never ever now use no or ah ah – positive reinforcements are the way to go. Thank you sooo much. I am now a huge huge fan – woof!

You really need your own TV show – something like “its me or the dog” or other dog training programmes, this is incredible!!

  11. Thank you Emily. I really delight in your videos. I have a question; do you ever fade out the treats or treat randomly?

  12. Fantastic training, we have a new Border Collie puppy and I have been having a hard time getting her to pay attention to me.

    Thanks!

  13. Incredible. You are very talented and make me very motivated to practice with my dog. Do you have any suggestions for housebreaking a new puppy?

  14. Emily, how do you know when to stop the clicker training session so your dog doesn’t get bored or frustrated?

Fantastic videos. I like them. You are an awesome trainer, and your explanations are clear and you are articulate.

You inspire me to train when it’s hot, and I’m tired and don’t feel like it.

    Thank you

  16. Absolutely like it! Thanks so much for all of the helpful info and demonstrations of the techniques in action!

    Keep them coming :)

  17. clap is excellent too

  18. You are a “natural” talent at this. You are incredible. Keep it up!

That is just incredible! I’m trying it with my 9 week ancient ausse and it’s working alright, I reckon either a) her awards arn’t excellent enough (..I thought they were pretty excellent though..) and or B) She’s too distracted.
    But still, just incredible!

  20. What a fantastic video! Thanks, I’m going to start doing this straight away with my puppy(I wish I had found this earlier, I always wondered how to stop something in a positive manner). Though first I’ll have to convince my dad that clicker training really works, as when he grew up he was told to do things like shove your dog’s nose into their poop. He doesn’t do things like this with our pup, but still isn’t that positive. Does this eliminate the behavior, or only stops them doing it at that time?

  21. thankyou

  22. thanks :*

  23. thank you!

  24. fantastic dog trainer ever..

  25. please..i m waiting for the episode 2…
