this is a adult pit bull and it not on my bag

it will say on the bag of dog food it is usually by weight
It depends on the size of the dog, the quality of the dog food you are feeding, what TYPE of food it is, etc.
Small breeds are generally fed 3-4 times a day (every four hours when they are babies,) whereas larger adult dogs are fed twice a day.
The dog food you get (especially if its dry) should tell you how much you should be feeding your dog based on weight. Mind you the mark is just a rough guide- if you see too many bones/ribs are too prominent, then you need to up it until you can FEEL the ribs but not see them. If the ribs cannot be felt on your pet than you probably need to back off on the amount a small bit less (if the pet is too heavy.)

medium 1 cup 2x day
large is 1 1/2-2 cup 2x day
twice a day but thats with something called pedigree its excellent has all the vitamins in it aswell
but Im sure its no different adult dogs need feeding twice a day adult pit bulls once in the morning once at night
